The platform operates under the authority of the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA).

This Content Responsibility Policy outlines the responsibilities of users regarding information and materials uploaded to the platform.

1. Responsibility for Submitted Content

Practitioners are solely responsible for all content they submit or upload to the platform, including:

• Billboard structure listings

• Images and videos of advertising structures

Practitioners must ensure that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

2. Accuracy of Information

Users must not upload or publish:

• Expired or invalid license information

• Content that misrepresents advertising inventory or ownership

Any inaccurate information may result in listing rejection, account suspension, or removal from the directory.

3. Ownership of Content

Practitioners must only upload content that they:

• Own

• Have permission to use

• Are legally authorized to publish

This includes images, videos, and documents relating to billboard structures or advertising materials.

Users must not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Fraudulent or deceptive information

• Offensive, abusive, or defamatory material

• Unauthorized promotional advertisements unrelated to outdoor advertising services

• Content that violates applicable laws or regulatory guidelines

• Materials that infringe intellectual property rights

LASAA reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

5. Content Review and Approval

All practitioner registrations and billboard structure listings are subject to verification and approval by LASAA before being published on the directory.

LASAA may review, edit, or remove content that does not comply with regulatory standards or platform policies.

6. Updates and Maintenance of Content

Practitioners are responsible for maintaining and updating their information, including:

• License renewal details

• Structure availability status

• Contact information

• Changes in structure ownership or status

Failure to maintain accurate listings may lead to removal of the content from public view.

7. Platform Liability

While LASAA implements verification procedures, the platform does not assume responsibility for:

• The accuracy of practitioner-submitted content

• Claims made by practitioners about their services or structures

• Commercial agreements made between practitioners and media buyers

Users engage with practitioners at their own discretion.

8. Enforcement

LASAA reserves the right to:

• Suspend or remove any content that violates this policy

• Temporarily disable practitioner accounts where necessary

• Take regulatory action where platform misuse is detected

These measures are intended to protect the integrity of the directory and the outdoor advertising industry.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By registering or submitting content on the platform, practitioners agree to comply with this Content Responsibility Policy and all applicable platform terms.
